In-store and online purchase policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do offer a 60-day limited warranty that begins the day you receive your purchase. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective or damaged product, as determined by our service team.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for any products that require a warranty repair. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that ALL warranty issues are contingent upon our inspection of the product(s) once we receive it. We maintain the right to refuse any warranty work.

Depending on the warranty issue and where you live, the time it takes for your warranty item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
